SHOP FAQ


HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?
Once your purchase has been fulfilled in the shop, the product/s are sent in two ways:
1. You will see a download link immediately after checkout at the "Thank You" page or
2. When you receive your email purchase confirmation, there will also be a download link included with your receipt.
Please note: If you have not gotten an email confirmation of purchase with your download link, please make sure to look in your spam folder or "other" folders. Also, make sure to mark all emails from our shop so that they do not continue to go in your spam / junk mail for future purchases. Usually by adding us in your email contacts work best.

I SIGNED UP FOR THE NEWSLETTER BUT DIDN'T GET MY FREEBIE?
Please make sure that you first have confirmed your email subscription by responding to the "confirm your subscription email". If you have already done so, then please double check your junk / spam or "other" folder. Also, be sure to add the email hello@thedaydreamerslens.com to your contacts to avoid future issues with email going into the wrong folder :)

I LOST ALL MY DOWNLOADS!
All you need to do is click-> Log In or go to the top menu and choose to sign in there. Once you log in to your account, your downloads will be there. If you made purchases from amandadiaz.com then you can also do the same and retrieve your past purchases. Please note: Make sure to sign in with the same email you purchased products from.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Because these are digital products, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges. Please make sure to read through product information before making your purchase. If you have accidentally purchased the same item twice please get in touch and we will do our best to sort it out :)
